In Touch is managed by the Project Manager who works closely in the office with the Volunteer Coordinator. They are in turn supported by a number of volunteer members, who telephone from home.

The In Touch Advisory Panel of members, volunteers and other interested agencies in Camden meet to share ideas with an aim to improving the service. This panel influences and makes valuable contribution to discussions and decisions about the future of the project. The Advisory group evaluates the project yearly, relying on experience, information and feedback from members. Recommendations are put into effect.

In Touch is part of a network of services in Camden as such, we are able to refer our members to other agencies and mainstream services.
